INGREDIENTS:

60ml Samos sweet moscato (muscat) wine

20ml brandy

30ml lemon juice

METHOD:

Shake

GARNISH:

Lemon zest

GLASS:

Cocktail

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
